This five-day course is contextualized for the Financial Services (FS) sector. The PMP® (Project Manager Professional®) is the most widely recognised project management certification and is awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). There are over 1 million PMP®-certified project managers worldwide since PMI started the certification more than fifty years ago.

The PMP® certification includes the predictive (“waterfall”), agile, and hybrid project management approaches. The course is designed to equip those working in the FS sector who aspire to be business managers, finance project managers, portfolio managers, or who participate in project teams with the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques necessary to perform and excel in their roles. It also provides the required training hours to sit for the PMP exam.

This is an exam preparatory course; it does NOT include the PMP® certification exam, and the course fees do not cover exam fees.
