Managing complex projects today requires more than understanding frameworks. It requires the ability to interpret scenarios, apply the right approach and make decisions under pressure. Post-Course Exam Preparation Support
Participants will have access to a supplementary one-day exam preparation session designed to reinforce key concepts, review exam strategies and strengthen readiness through guided practice.
Exam Details
With the PMP exam update taking effect on 9 July 2026, this course will be aligned with the new exam format. Updated materials will be introduced starting from our May 2026 classes, reflecting the revised structure, including greater emphasis on scenario based questions, Agile and hybrid approaches and practical application.
This course is designed to build participants’ understanding of key concepts and domains covered in the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
It includes the required 35 hours of training to sit for the PMP® exam and grants participants access to PMI-authorised digital courseware.
To be eligible for the PMP exam, participants must fulfil PMI’s educational and professional experience requirements and submit an online application. Upon approval, they will have one year to take the exam.
For participants purchasing the PMP examination through us, a one-year PMI® membership is included as part of the exam registration process, providing access to PMI resources such as the PMBOK Guide and supporting the certification journey.

To maximise success, participants are strongly encouraged to complement the course with additional self-study, revision of course materials, and dedicated practice before attempting the exam.

SSG Funding Requirements
- Trainees must scan their attendance twice daily using the SingPass application.
- Trainees must attain at least 75% attendance.
- Trainees must pass the in-house assessment to be eligible for funding.

Appeal Policy and Procedure
- As a candidate in this course assessment, you may appeal your results if you disagree with them.
- To do so, submit your written appeal request via email to esv_comat_cse@stengg.com within 3 working days from date of assessment.
Cancellation, Postponement and Refund Policy
- Request for cancellation or postponement must be submitted in writing more than 4 weeks before the class start date to avoid any charges.
- Written notice for cancellation or postponement received 2 to 4 weeks before class start date will incur Late Cancellation Charge - 50% of course fee.
- Written notice for cancellation or postponement received less than 2 weeks before class start date will incur Late Cancellation Charge - 100% of course fee.
- If payment has been made and ST Engineering e-Services Pte Ltd accepts the trainee's written notification to cancel or withdraw from the course, ST Engineering e-Services Pte Ltd will issue a refund, less any applicable Late Cancellation Charges.

Boot Camp
- This session will include additional practice questions for the exam, with guidance from the instructor. The trainer will also review the students' responses to the practice questions and clarify any areas that requires addressing.
- In addition, the session will include videos on selected PMP topics, providing further insight and knowledge on the subject matter.
- The trainer will also give study tips for the exam, which can be helpful in boosting confidence and ensuring that students are prepared for the exam.
- The Boot Camp session will further involve more group and individual exercises, practical examples, and class discussions/sharing on PMP topics. This can be particularly useful for reinforcing concepts learned throughout the course and providing students with a deeper understanding of the materials.
