Managing global, mobile, and secure communication relies on deep understanding of advanced call control mechanisms. This course teaches participants how to implement Cisco Unified Communications Manager features such as device mobility, URI dialling, CAC, and globalised call routing. It combines detailed instruction with hands-on troubleshooting exercises.
Learning Outcomes:
Deploy device mobility and extension mobility
Configure URI dialling and globalised routing
Implement call admission control and remote site survivability
Troubleshoot multisite call flows and SIP media
Key Topics:
Cisco Unified CM call control and mobility
URI dialling and global dial plan replication
Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
Call hunting and queueing features
Multisite deployment best practices
Exam Details
This course is designed to build participants’ understanding of key concepts and competencies aligned with the Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services (300-815 CLACCM) certification.
The 300-815 CLACCM exam validates the skills required to implement and troubleshoot advanced call control and mobility features in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environment. These include signaling and media protocols, CME/SRST gateway technologies, call admission control, and mobility features such as Device Mobility and Extension Mobility.
Participants will gain practical experience configuring call control, directory services, and compliance-based call routing to support secure, scalable, and flexible collaboration solutions.
To maximise success, participants are strongly encouraged to complement the course with additional self-study, revision of course materials, and dedicated practice before attempting the exam.
