Overview
Enterprise Architecture Core develops a clear pathway and defined baseline for successful BT architects.
This course focuses on the other aspects of a solution, and on maximising the value for your company and enabling customers to reach their full business potential. Most organisations involved in digital transformation are focused on efforts around three core processes: idea-to-market, market-to-order, and order-to-cash. They are concerned with changes needed in people, processes, and technology. To provide the greatest value, one must move beyond creating solutions to satisfy a number of requirements and instead advise customers on technology use for their processes, and how people and processes will be impacted and need to change as a result of the proposed solution.
The course focuses on:
Architecture Thinking: Building a solid foundation and ensuring architects think like architects.
Architecture Engagement: Understanding the role and how architects engage.
Architecture Demand: Discovering ways to understand the demands of the business.
Architecture Practice: How best to build the practice of architecture within your organisation.
Architecture Supply: Fulfilling that demand and delivering the architecture.
