Effective leaders do more than manage change; they design it. By combining design thinking with accelerated action learning, leaders can address workplace challenges, anticipate emerging trends, and build the capabilities needed to remain resilient in a VUCA environment shaped by AI and innovation.
This two-day course helps participants develop greater self-awareness, understand their leadership styles, and strengthen their ability to influence stakeholders. Participants will examine their values, learning styles, personality traits, leadership responsibilities, and personal strengths before developing transformation roadmaps for adaptive and authentic leadership. The course also explores stakeholder value management, strategic communication, servant leadership, and the integration of leadership, management, and entrepreneurship.
