Workshop Outline

Day 1

1: AI and Digitalisation Fundamentals

Explore the evolving AI and digitalisation landscape and examine how emerging technologies are reshaping business functions, operating models and organisational performance. Participants will gain a clear understanding of key AI concepts, terminology and strategic drivers, and how enterprise priorities translate into functional and operational objectives.


2: Organisational AI Readiness and Alignment

5: AI Solution Planning and Architecture

This module examines workflow integration, infrastructure, connectivity, technology selection and build-versus-buy considerations. Participants will use an AI canvas to structure a data-backed use case and define its potential business impact.


6.  Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Responsible AI

Examine the governance foundations required to ensure AI initiatives remain secure, responsible and aligned with organisational requirements. Participants will explore cybersecurity, data privacy, ethical considerations and operational risks across the AI solution lifecycle.

 

Day 3

7.  AI and Data Strategy

Explore how an effective data strategy supports the development and implementation of AI solutions. Participants will examine data quality, readiness, secure data pipelines, enterprise data lakes, APIs and integration challenges, while considering how functional and AI teams can align business and technical requirements.


8.  Skills, Operating Models and Change Management

Examine the people, skills and operating structures required to implement and scale AI initiatives successfully. This module focuses on digital team structures, programme management, cross-functional collaboration, partner ecosystems, vendor evaluation and change-management approaches that support workforce adoption.


9. AI Business Case, ROI and Implementation Blueprint

Consolidate the key concepts from the programme into a practical implementation plan. Participants will evaluate the potential business value and return on investment of selected AI initiatives, develop a functional AI blueprint and executive summary, and identify clear actions for post-programme review.
