The minimum qualifications for each course vary. Please refer to the individual Course Overview page for details on the target audience and pre-requisites for the course you are interested in. In general, most courses require Workplace Literacy and Numeracy: Level 5 (WPLN: Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading, and Numeracy at ESS level 5 or equivalent*)

For courses eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding, the course title will include (SFw) at the end. For example: Making Generative AI and ChatGPT Work For You (SFw).

If the course is SSG-funded, you may use your SkillsFuture Credit to pay the nett course fee after applicable subsidies. Full details are available under the Fees and Funding section on each Course Overview page. You can also select Funded Courses from the top menu to view all eligible courses.

You can check your funding eligibility using our SSG Funding Calculator. Simply select your preferred course and provide the required details to view the estimated subsidy amount.

No, SkillsFuture Credit is only applicable for self-sponsored individuals and cannot be used for company-sponsored training.

We accept payments in person via credit/debit cards, PayNow, or bank transfer. For corporate clients, we issue e-invoices, and payments can be made through company GIRO or PayNow. For company-sponsored client, payment must be made directly by the sponsoring company and not by the individual.

Yes, an official receipt or invoice will be issued once your registration and payment have been confirmed.

Yes, learners who successfully complete the course and fulfil the attendance requirements will receive an e-certificate from eServ Training Hub. For courses with examinations, a certificate of completion or an industry-recognised certification will be awarded upon passing, depending on the course.

Yes, retest options are available for most certification courses, and an additional fee applies. Please contact us for more information.

For most courses with hands-on exercises (e.g., Microsoft Office, IT technical courses such as Cybersecurity and Networking), a desktop computer will be provided for each learner.

For the courses listed below, we strongly recommend bringing an internet-enabled laptop to ensure full access during class:
